Our Dark Mexican lager inspired by the protégée’s phrase meaning “cheers.” Deep amber to mahogany in color with a clear, bright sheen and a tan, moderately long-lasting head. Aroma shows toasted corn, light caramel, roasted malt, and a subtle hint of chocolate and coffee, with a whisper of floral noble hops. Flavor balances gentle roast and caramel sweetness with clean, bready lager malt; mild toasty bitterness keeps it crisp and drinkable. Medium-light body, smooth and highly carbonated for a refreshing finish that’s dry rather than heavy.
